Terry Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant in Mission, TX to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a Licensed Physical Therapist while helping patients recover from injury, improve mobility, and return to the activities they love. This position serves patients at our Mission and Penitas clinics and may require working between both locations when needed.

Education: associate degree
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas, or temporary license pending licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Ability to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Strong commitment to ethical and professional standards
Skills:
- Strong foundational clinical skills for entry-level Physical Therapist Assistants
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist with the treatment of a wide variety of orthopedic conditions for adult and pediatric patients
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and treatment programs
- Assist with supervising and supporting PT technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Travel between the Mission and Penitas clinic locations when required
