What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will work alongside Physical Therapists and clinical staff to help deliver an exceptional patient experience while supporting daily clinic operations.
You will assist with treatment preparation, exercise supervision, administrative duties, and maintaining a safe and welcoming treatment environment.

- Assist Physical Therapists in preparing patients for treatment sessions
- Set up, organize, and clean treatment areas and therapy equipment
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises under therapist supervision
- Monitor and support patient comfort during therapy sessions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and patient check-in/check-out
- Ensure compliance with clinic safety standards and policies
- Travel between Mission and Penitas clinic locations as needed
- Support overall clinic flow and daily operations
